Built in the Romanesque Revival architectural style, this grand venue was constructed in 1888-89 to serve as a train station and head office for the Canadian Pacific Railway. Featuring stately arched openings and vaulted ceilings, Windsor Station was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1975, a Heritage Railway Station in 1990, and a Québec provincial historic landmark in 2009. The Salle des Pas Perdus, once bustling with people waiting for trains, serves as the venue for Le Bal Rouge.
Le Bal Rouge will feature an unforgettable meal by Armando Arruda, Director of Catering Services at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth hotel. Named “Caterer of the Year" in 2018 by the Canadian Event Industry Awards Competition, Arruda is known for thinking outside the box to create unique culinary experiences.
For over 20 years, Montreal’s 1945 The Band has been recognized as one of the most influential special event performance groups on the scene. Under the direction of industry leader Paul Chacra and featuring a dynamic cast of ten entertainers, 1945 knows the pulse of music. The band has shared the stage with stars including Michael Bublé, David Foster and The Canadian Tenors.
